TempClarity provides informational tools designed to help businesses evaluate potential temperature risks associated with shipping. The Service combines publicly available weather forecasts, estimated carrier routing models, transit assumptions, and user-configurable thresholds to generate route analyses, heat exposure estimates, and shipping recommendations.
The Service is intended solely as a decision-support tool. It is not a substitute for your own judgment, shipping policies, quality assurance procedures, or professional business decisions.
Shipping conditions are influenced by many factors beyond TempClarity's knowledge or control. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
You remain solely responsible for determining whether to ship, delay shipment, use temperature-controlled transportation, modify packaging, or take any other protective measures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for an extended period.
TempClarity offers Free and Pro subscription plans.
Free accounts include a limited number of Quick Checks each month. Pro subscriptions provide additional features, including but not limited to saved shipments, batch imports, share links, custom thresholds, and expanded usage limits.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. Unless required by law, we do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice before any changes become effective.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the shipment information, business information, customer zip codes, and other data you submit.
We use your information solely to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Service.
We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our active production systems within approximately 30 days, subject to reasonable backup retention periods and legal obligations.
We may retain anonymized or aggregated information that cannot reasonably identify you for analytics and product improvement.

Share Links allow you to provide customers with shipping analyses based on your selected origin location and temperature thresholds.

TempClarity is not responsible for how recipients interpret or act upon information presented through Share Links.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, software updates, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, weather data provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time.
When practical, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TempClarity, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid TempClarity during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All software, algorithms, calculations, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and other content provided through the Service remain the exclusive property of TempClarity or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
TempClarity shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, labor disputes, failures of third-party weather providers, cloud infrastructure outages, or carrier operational disruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email at least fourteen (14) days before the changes become effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
